1. Booking & Reservations

  • All bookings are subject to room availability and confirmation.
  • Room rates are quoted per night and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • A valid government-issued photo ID is required at check-in for all guests.
  • Check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

2. Payment

  • We accept Cash, Credit Cards, Debit Cards, UPI, GPay, and Paytm.
  • Full payment is required at check-in unless prior credit arrangement has been made.
  • For corporate bookings, payment terms will be as agreed in the corporate rate agreement.

3. Guest Conduct

  • Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Management reserves the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for disruptive behavior.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside rooms. A cleaning fee will be charged for violations.
  • Pets are not allowed on the property.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage caused to hotel property due to negligence or misuse.

4. Liability

  • The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to guest belongings. Guests are advised to use the in-room safe for valuables.
  • The hotel is not liable for any inconvenience caused due to circumstances beyond our control (power outages, water supply issues, etc.).
