1. Standard Cancellation
- Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the check-in date (12:00 PM) will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24 to 48 hours before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable.
2. No-Show Policy
- If a guest does not check in by 11:00 PM on the scheduled check-in date without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show.
- No-shows are charged 100% of the first night's stay.
3. Early Check-Out
- If a guest checks out earlier than the scheduled date, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.
4. Modification Policy
- Date modifications are allowed up to 24 hours before check-in, subject to availability.
- Room category upgrades or downgrades at check-in are subject to availability and rate difference.
- Modifications to reduce the number of nights follow the same refund rules as cancellations.
5. Group & Corporate Bookings
- For bookings of 5 rooms or more, cancellations must be made 7 days in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.
6. Long-Stay Bookings
- For bookings of 30 nights or more, cancellations must be made 14 days in advance for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in are non-refundable.
7. Force Majeure
- In case of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government orders, etc.), we will offer rescheduling or credit for future stays at our discretion.
8. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
- For cash payments, refunds will be made via bank transfer or UPI.
